Speech Therapy Team

Pearly Low

Hello! I’m Pearly, a paediatric speech-language therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children and their families.

My journey began in early childhood education, where I first developed a deep interest in child development and communication. This passion led me to further my studies and become a speech therapist, driven by a desire to support children with developmental needs. Over the years, I’ve worked in both public and private settings, including several years at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Singapore.

I specialise in working with children across a range of areas, including:

  • Dysfluency (stuttering)
  • Early and school-age language delays
  • Speech sound difficulties
  • Feeding challenges and picky eating

I strongly believe that caregivers play a vital role in a child’s progress. That’s why I’m passionate about equipping families with practical tools and guidance to support their child’s communication and feeding skills at home. For me, communication is more than just words—it’s how children build relationships, express themselves, and connect with the world around them.

As a parent of two young children, I understand the realities of family life—the juggling act, the emotional load, and the everyday challenges. This personal perspective shapes the way I work: with empathy, flexibility, and a deep respect for each family’s unique journey.
